Return & Refund Policy

At VitaClear, customer safety and satisfaction are at the core of our commitment. To ensure fair and compliant service, we maintain a strict return policy.


Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Conditions for a return to be accepted:

  • The product must not have been used or damaged.

  • It must be returned in its original, intact packaging, including all components (masks, pouch, manual, etc.).

  • The parcel must be returned with a tracking number, which must be provided to our customer support team in advance.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product was sent in error or is defective.


Refund

Once the returned product is received and verified as compliant with the above conditions, the refund will be processed within 7 business days, using the original payment method.
A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is completed.

No refund will be issued if the return conditions are not strictly met.


Non-returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, any product that has been opened, used, or whose packaging has been altered is not eligible for return or refund.


Promotional Offers and Discounted Items

Items purchased as part of a promotion or discount campaign are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in the case of damaged or defective items upon delivery.
In such cases, our customer support may offer an appropriate form of compensation.
